We purchased our home in 2004 towards the end of it’s construction and had them finish our basement several years later. We enjoyed working with Rick and his team on both projects. Rick Sillo Construction built our house and handed us the keys on September 16, 2005, and yet Rick himself continues to act to this day as if he were solely responsible for it. Any time we have questions or ideas for follow-on projects, Rick is immediately available and either does the work himself or helps us find exactly the right sub-contractors and ensures they deliver for us. The care and pride Rick takes in his construction work is evident throughout our house with all the detailed work done so well, but, as importantly, his continued personal commitment to stand behind his work to this day is remarkable. We are coming up on ten years after RSC completed our house, and Rick still stops by frequently to check on the house, see if we have any questions, or if he can help with anything. We are so pleased with our house, it is hard to imagine ever building another one. . . but if we were ever to build another house, it would only happen if we could get Rick to agree to build it.
